Our management team boasts an impressive mix of skills and experience, including software application design and development, sales and marketing, business development, product development, retail sales, operations, advertising, corporate design and raising startup capital. The company’s founders and its team are innovators from different walks of life who bring diverse strengths to this collaborative effort. Their backgrounds continue to serve a critical role in evolving the foundational fabric of TeliApp.

Joshua Weiss, Chief Executive Officer

Joshua Weiss brings significant experience in startups, business development, strategy and leadership. Right out of college, Josh secured over $3 million in startup financing for his first start-up, a national roadside firm, which he grew to the third largest in the industry. He has sold various products in over 7,000 retail locations including Advance Auto Parts, Staples and Rite Aid and has secured contracts with CNN, Wal-Mart and others. Click here for more.

Ian Mathieson, Chief Technology Officer

Ian brings over twelve years of software design and program development experience. Ian oversees back-end server implementation, integration and scalability, and oversees front-end Java and Android development. He also directs algorithmic processes and intelligence of our software and supervises iOS software development. Ian has a BS from Penn State and is a PhD candidate in Bifurcation Theory from the University of Colorado.

Christina Kugel, Director of Sales

Christina Kugel brings eight years of experience in sales and business development. Christina began her career in technical writing as a research assistant at Tufts Dental School at only 15 years of age. In 2007 Christina achieved acclaim as a debater and public speaker, ranking at the very top of the national circuit. She has since been contracted as a public speaking and writing coach for prestigious high schools around the country as well as a personal editor for professionals in the sciences. Click here for more.

Shabiba Hasan, Director, User Interface Design

Shabiba started her career designing t-shirts and apparel for major retailers such as Forever 21, Target, Wal-Mart, JCPenny, Kohl’s, Hot Topic, Top Shop and others. Shabiba also worked as an illustrator and designer for American Greetings. Shabiba graduated from Ringling College of Art and Design with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Visual Development. Her natural talent combined with a wealth of professional experience and versatility as an illustrator give her the extraordinary ability to quickly and elegantly bring any vision to life.
