If you are experiencing any technical difficulties please contact us below. Before you do, please make sure you have read the iBox Manual and have attempted to solve the issue yourself.

  • There is a file, called iBoxLog, which is located in the same folder that you keep the iBox Control Panel. Please upload that file. If you do not have write permissions to your hard drive, the iBox Control Panel may store the log information within the executable. This can be accessed by clicking the Log button on the iBox Control Panel. Please copy that text and paste it in the field below if you do not have a log file. Alternatively, you can upload a jpg image of the error if there is no log file.
  • Please be specific as to the make and model of the mobile device.
  • Please tell us about the nature of the error you are experiencing, or the specific help you are requesting. Please be as detailed as possible in order to facilitate a speedy resolution to your issue.
  • Please answer all questions as they relate to your use of the iBox app and the iBox Control Panel. For example, if you check off that you have a router, it means that the computer that the iBox Control Panel is installed on is connected to a router.
